How much time commitment is involved?
Participants will watch a 1-hour training video once per week (for the first six weeks), attend the weekly 45-min coaching sessions, and practise for a combined total of 15 minutes per day, guided by the PQ App exclusively designed for this program.
This might sound like a lot of time.
Cumulatively, the time required constitutes less than 2% of your awake time during the program time.

The first weeks of the Mental Fitness Programme are about building your ‘mental muscles’. It’s like starting a Physical Strength and Conditioning Programme.
You install the basic Positive Intelligence© (PQ) Operating System. It shifts power from a negative to a positive outlook. You gain mastery over your mind. You quiet the negative and activate the positive part of your brain.
Many programme participants see significant wellbeing improvements within weeks.
In later weeks, we apply the PQ Operating System for business and life situations.
How do I get guidance?
The programme is delivered in collaboration with Shirzad Chamine, a Stanford Professor, author of the book ‘Positive Intelligence’, and creator of the Positive Intelligence© Programme.
The 6-week Positive Intelligence© programme is delivered via the PQ App, exclusively for the programme.
As a Certified Mental Fitness Coach and a licensed Training Provider, I’ll guide you through the programme and coach you on applying PQ in business and life situations. You’ll receive weekly personal coaching sessions via Zoom.
